A single room near the pub

My house is a 1930's old house that's a 3 minute walk from an award winning pub and a 5 minute walk to buses and trains that will take you into central Brighton un super quick time.

The house has a kitchen, bathroom and lounge, a patio that's great in the summer. The house has stripped wooden floors, double glazing, an open fireplace and many features. I have super fast 125mb broadband, that's quicker than virtually anything.

Morning tea and coffee is included.
