The house has 4 bedrooms plus 1 loft bedroom so 5 in all, , bathroom and separate shower, parking and is five minutes from our local park, a ten minute walk to a train station with local trains to Exmouth, North Devon and Torbay.plus a 10 minute journey to the city centre, every hour. Ten minutes to Centre by train, and mainline. Bristol 1 1/2 hours Plymouth an hour, Totnes is 3/4 hour, Or walk to the city in 25 minutes, or if you ask you can borrow a bike. Bus stop is 2 minutes away, local trains a ten minute walk. Your room is next to the family bathroom which you share, and has a quiet view over gardens to a park and the railway.

We have an active and friendly dog. Guests would have the use of our back bedroom overlooking the garden. The accommodation is most suitable for students, under 25's preferred. Should be able to provide evidence of connection to a college, university, or suitable personal reference for living in our family home. Evidence of internship or temporary placement is accepted. Washing is provided and guests can join our family meals or share fridge and cooker with family.

Our home is thirty minutes walk from Exeter High Street and two minutes from a bus. The coast is thirty minutes by bus or train and there is a vibrant small city culture in Exeter and Dartmoor is an hour away by train, Plymouth and Bristol an hour by bus or train. There are many beautiful seaside coves and beaches within an hour by bus. Yet we are are twenty minutes walk from open countryside. All the facilities below are within Exeter so thirty minutes walk or less, or 10-20 minutes by bus but our local park id within five minutes walk and has tennis.
