The house and room are light and attractive. The homestay is very good value. The house is located close to Griffith Uni. We have free wireless internet. The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. I love meeting people from different cultures.We have a patio and a large garden. The big local park is a 3 minute walk from the house. You are welcome to use all areas of the house, the kitchen, bathrooms, laundry, study and lounge. Aldi, the cheapest supermarket in Australia is a 4 minute drive from the house. The local shops have lots of cafes and takeaways. There is another IGA supermarket at Crestwood Plaza, a 3 minute drive from the house which is open from 5am to 10pm, Monday to Sunday.

I live close to Griffith Uni.The big local park is a 2 minute walk from the house. You can walk, ride a bike or catch a 5 minute bus to Griffith Uni. The house is in a quiet area which is good for study. The area is nice and green. Aldi, the cheapest supermarket in Australia is a 4 minute drive. There are local shops at the Crestwood Plaza including a supermarket which is open from 5am to 10pm. There are many takeaway shops. Once you are at Griffith Uni, you can easily catch the tram which comes very frequently to other parts of the Gold Coast. Southport, the Gold Coast CBD is a 10 minute car trip or bus trip. It is a 12 minute drive to a surf beach and a 10 minute drive to a beach with calm water.
