Our homestay is pioneering a sustainable concept of hospitality: it merges CO-living and good quality at a reasonable price by the host, S.Y with homelike comfort and the privacy of serviced apartments.
COSY endeavour to make guests feel at home the moment they enter the house, with the ability to store belongings and food, use of a common kitchen and living space. Mingle with family members or hang out on your own, work, rest or play.

COSY Homestay Seoul is situated in the southeast of Seoul. It is a short walk from the bus stop. Metro station that is only 5-10 mins by bus (Ori Bundang Yellow line, Migeum Bundang Yellow line/Shinbundang Red line) access to the transport links in Bundang (Pangyo) and Seoul (Gangnam). We welcome you with free drinks, Free Wifi, 24 hours online concierge service including tour guide service & security, cleaning service each day during your stay with the free of charge. Around the homestay, there are a lot of convenience stores 24 hours open (CU, GS25, 7eleven), bakeries (Paris Baguette & Tous Les Jour and so on) and wide range of restaurants and a small mountain that you can walk up (Bulgok and Daeji).
For Breakfast, we offer the light breakfast every day and live cooking are all available upon request for a surcharge. Feel free to enjoy the handmade coffee & tea during your stay as well.
Additionally, all the guests can gain experience in cooking Korean food for free.

Since our place is under the concept of Co-living, COSY members will always welcome you from your arrival to the departure. The members are highly considerate, lively and trusting. Belonging to the members will make your stay even more special with the local experience and feel more like home.

More useful information: You can make a request for a bigger mattress, extra mats and blankets and a rollaway bed (fees may be charged for extra bedding) and desks & chairs. Besides, you can enjoy cooking by yourself with an extra charge of cleaning fee ( All kitchen tools are provided ). Laundry service available for free if you're staying longer than 5 days (otherwise, fees may occur)
