There is an old dog in the house, so we don't accept animals (anyway, just ask me, it depends on the animal). It is a non-smoking house, but you can smoke in the balcony. there is a housemaid that comes once or twice a week, but you should keep your stuff clean. No visits are allowed in the house. it is forbiden to eat/drink in the room, you can use the kitchen and the living room to eat. Laundry once a week. I'll give you sheets and towels.

The house is 2 minute distance from the longest park in Madrid (around 6 kms), where you can practice lots of sports by the riverside. The Metro(underground) Stop is 150 meters away from the house (line 5 will take you to the city center in 10 ninutes). There is a a bus stop 100 meters away from the house with busses that will drive you to different parts of the city in few minutes. Taxi stop also available around the corner, as well as the Train station, 500 metres from home.
there are lots of local shops, as well as supermarkets. A big shopping center, plenty of shops and restaurants is within 10 minutes walking distance through the park.
You can go walking to the royal palace, the cathedral, Latina (really popular for going out, and brunch) El Rastro (street market) and many other places.
The good thing is that if you look though the windows, you'll se a garden. there is no noise in the house.
Another good point is that the whole building is disable- friendly, without steps and with big enought elevators.
It is a gay friendly house.
