This home was just remodeled so that we are able to cater a professional and clean living area. The location of this home is what makes this place even more idealistic and spectacular. This home is located 5 minutes away from a well known University called the California State University of Northridge and almost 5 minutes away from an industry leading Biotech known as Medtronic. If you are a student we've got you covered; If you are a career professional we also have what you need; If you are just looking for a place to stay and relax we have you covered as well. This home is the center point for some of the most well-known areas like Malibu, Calabasas, Agoura Hills, and Topanga Canyon. This place is only a 5 min drive to the 405 freeway and just by walking a block you will be greeted by food and shopping plazas.
