1. after booking please provide your arrived kansai airport & departure fly home time, phone number, if possible also whole schdule. 2. our house can not smoke, very sorry for it , 3. we like to help you to save cost also like you to help your self to keep the house clean, specially after used kitchen. then we do not need to ask you to pay for clean fee. There is no front desk at the property. Guests will receive an e-mail about how to check in after booking is confirmed. we offer body soap, shampoo,towel & Guests need to bring their own toothbrush set.
