Keep the kitchen clean including the stove, sink and floor. Be respectful of others at all times. Wear headphones when listening to music. Use headpiece when talking on the phone quietly. No overnight guests. Keep all your belongings in your room. Guests must leave by 9:30PM. No smoking inside or out. I have a contract that is signed by guest and landlord.
