My home is situated close to amenities, ie grocery stores, pharmacy, big box stores, technical institute, great restaurants, great walking and biking trails by the river, two recreational centers, cinema's, sports arena's. We have a hospital downtown and medical clinics throughout town. We have a great lake 10 minutes away from my house. We have a great bus system. I'm situated close to most things that would entertain anyone. With a car 10-20 to get to most places around the city.
