This condo is two bed/bath. We live in a gated community and a very safe area. You will be living with my wife and I who both work full time. We include our guests in everything we do including getting together with family and friends. We do however like to go on our own date nights at least once a week. We want you to be part of our family and experience what it’s like to live in South Orange County.

Why stay with us?
We want to help those who want to learn English. My wife is a Speech and Language Pathologist so she is able to help with pronunciation, grammar, and many more things that you may never learn in a classroom. We also love learning about new cultures and making new friends.

Not just a place to live:
Our goal is to help those improve their English no matter how much you can speak. With this if you decide to stay with us we will challenge you in your English and bring you in contact with many different American cultures to expose you to not just our English but others as well.

About our last Homestay:
My wife and I hosted a Japanese exchange student who knew very little english when he first came to live with us. After being with us for 6 months he was fluent and could carry a conversation in just about any topic. Also my wife and I know a little Japanese and have traveled to Japan several times. We don’t know enough to carry a full conversation but enough to understand a few things. This helped us communicate with our last Homestay when teaching English and explaining certain topics. If you are a native Japanese speaker and would like to stay and learn English with us, we would love if you could help us with our Japanese too.
