G'day, I'm James. My Wife Sarah and I live in our beautiful three bedroom home set in the suburb of Upper Coomera, at the foot of Mount Tamborine, and close to the Coomera River. We don't have any children, and we both work full time hours Mon-Fri, and I also work some overtime on weekends. We have four pets, our Australian Bulldog/Boxer crossbreed named 'Dug', our eldest feline, a Tortoiseshell Domestic Short Hair Cat named 'Tigerlily', a Ginger and White Domestiv Shorthair Car named 'Sebastian', and our youngest, a Ragdoll/Munchkin crossbreed kitten named 'Duchess'. We live on a quiet suburban street with our local shopping centre, including a Coles grocery store, Cafe, Subway, Pizza place, Hairdressers, Chemist, Tobacconist, Liquor Store, Fish & Chip Shop, Laundromat, Doctors, ATM and more, only a quick four minute walk from our front door.

Another 500m walk to the Oxenford Lake where you can go fishing, enjoy the park, or have a BBQ. We are also only a fourteen minute drive from Mount Tamborine, the Gallery Walk, Wineries, Restaurants and more. There is plenty of on-street parking and easy access to public transport.
