Welcome to A\Rest, a part of A\Ventures, a high-end and affordable stay in the trendy SoHy Arts District. Explore the many food and entertainment options within walking distance. Located less than 10 minutes from UMD College Park Campus, The Mall at Prince George's, 2 metro stations and Gateway to Washington DC. After a rejuvenating rest, you are welcomed to experience A\Work on the first floor; an art infused creative space developed for working professionals.
The space
2 rooms are located in 2nd floor of Commercial Space sharing a Kitchen. Each room has its own appointed full bathroom with secured access to both room and assigned bathroom. Washcloths, towels, soaps and extra linens are provided for your stay. If more are needed please reach out to Community Manager.
Relax on the rear deck or come down stairs through the secured entry door to our co-working space and front courtyard to do a little work, meet and mix with the locals. You can also book the conference room or a Hotseat on our booking site (See room for details)

I booked the room for valentines weekend. Although it is a shared apartment each room has its own bathroom and bedroom with a secret code to each door. The look of the room is very modern could use a little more lighting in the kitchen but other then that my stay was amazing! It was comfortable and had little things to help around like towels and shampoo. Definitely recommend!

Exquisite, Cozy, Quite, Professional & highly secure. If your looking for a comfortable, cozy & elegant hideout within the big city, look no further. Just couple minutes within downtown DC and surrounded by convenient food stores and restaurants just a walkable distance. Feel safe with all the codes straight from the main entrances to room stay and bathroom lol If you an individual on a business stay, this is perfect for there is enough office space up and down within the building. Jodi made sure that little details are catered for as well; soaps, tooth paste, mouth rinse, extra towels, wipes and so forth. Internet, Smart TV, & Parking space as well! Won’t say more for you will have to visit for the pictures speak less volume!!
