1.You must take the responsibility to throw away your rubbish.If we found any garbage lying on the floor , then we will be charging an additional cost. 2.Toilet cleanliness is the top priority of the house.If you found yourself unable to take care of the toilet , then please find another house to rent. 3.Make sure any electrical switches are turned off before you are leaving the house. 4.Don't waste any resources. 5.Don't smoke at any room that has an air-cond in it.We KNOW if you smoke.Don't cheat on us. 6.If we found you and your accomplice doing ammoral activities in the house , then we will not hesitate to throw you out of the house.We may not give your money back. 7.If your are kind to us, we will be kind to you.That's our promise. 8.It is your right to know about the homestay and the surrounding area.Give us a call if you have any questions about the homestay.If you intent to explore the area , we are more than ready to help you.
