It's situated in a secured quiet neighborhood, within minutes to bus stops & Gold-line. Casa Seville has a bedroom that is attached to the house but completely boarded shut from the attached house. The bonus room is a living room nicely converted from a garage, you'll have your privacy at all time.

Katie's place is absolutely amazing. It's located in a safe community, close to a lot of stores and restaurants. She provides so many amenities that you truely feel like home. It's a simple and beautiful space that feels luxurious. On top of that, she does an amazing job with touching base to ensure you're having a good stay. My boyfriend and I would definitely book here again should we visit California again. :)

This charming suite exceeded my expectation! It was clean, comfortable, and quiet. It was in an excellent location, convenient to many restaurants and shops as well as easy access to highways. Katie is thoughtful and kind and respond to my questions right away. I stayed here for a week and I would stay here again when I visit LA in the future.

Katie is one of the sweetest host I have encountered, she goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is nothing but the best. Great hospitality and she makes sure you have everything you can possibly need. The place is very clean and cozy. It has a very stylish homey feeling and we were impressed with everything inside. The area is also a great area to be in as well, it is located in a safe quiet gated community and just 3 mins away from a shopping center. It is also very close to downtown L.A and the rest of the other attractions there. One of the best Airbnb stays I have ever been.
