Firstly I would suggest the customers(guests) to look elsewhere(Airbnb, homestay.com.....) rather than spending their money here. I payed the initial 15% (135$) amount but didn't stay here. The host asked for the full amount before even reaching the home despite the website clearly mentioning that guests should pay the remaining amount after reaching the home. Also the communication with homestayin.com was horrible. They took 2 days to reply to my queries and did nothing to find a solution. Once they have got their 15% money while booking, they don't care about anything that follows. Homestayin.com takes no responsibility of verifying the hosts. Overall, a horrible experience with the host and homestayin.com
