I am a friendly homestay host who enjoys hosting homestay guests from around the world. My husband and I live in a quiet and very safe neighborhood. We're looking for a female homestay guest who is independent, clean. quiet and does not smoke. We provide private large, bright rooms with a common area, bathroom and kitchen in the lower level of our home that is for you to enjoy. Your bedroom includes bed, desk, dresser, wardrobe and mirror. Your kitchen has fridge, cook top, microwave, convection oven, kettle, coffee maker, cookware, dishes etc. and separate eating area. Your bathroom has a large European shower, sink and toilet. Our homestay is located away from the craziness of downtown in a safe and quiet neighbourhood with many families. We are very near to the supermarket, pharmacy, medical clinic, restaurants, college, parks and library. You can walk to all of these places in 15 minutes or less. If you prefer to take the bus then it is less than 5 minutes. The bus stop is less than 5 minutes from our home. You can go downtown in about 20 minutes using one bus. Everything is very convenient.
