This house has four bedrooms and we have one international student who goes to the local high school. We have a small dog who is 18 months old.
We have had international students since 2012 and love meeting people from other countries. We have hosted people from Denmark, Germany, Thailand, Hong Kong, Korea. We love to cook and food from other countries.

We are situated close to the beach and on an excellent bus route. We have takeaways, restaurants, cafes, bars, dairy, supermarket, bakery and cinema all within walking distance.

We are situated close to the beach and on an excellent bus route. We have takeaways, restaurants, cafes, bars, dairy, supermarket, bakery and cinema all within walking distance.
We live in a quiet culdesac overlooking a reserve and river.
We are just a five minute drive away from the Plaza Shopping Mall which has a food court, large supermarket, clothes shops. There are also a couple of gyms, swimming pool. There is also a bus which takes about 15 minutes and the bus stop is a couple of minutes walk from the house.
You can drive into the Mount in 20 minutes or Downtown Tauranga in 20 minutes. There are also buses which go to both of these places.
There is a large shopping mall Bayfair which has a large food court, restaurants, department store and plenty of clothes shops. There will soon be a cinema here.
We have a small local cinema Tivoli, within walking distance and there are also the larger Event Cinemas at the Mount and Tauranga.
